NBAA Welcomes Favorable Resolution Of East Hampton Airport Litigation At the conclusion of the precedent-setting case for public-use airports nationwide, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District Court of New York on Aug. 7 issued a permanent injunction that strikes down access restrictions for New York’s East Hampton Airport (HTO) and resolves multiple years of litigation by the NBAA and others.
