Events Planned Throughout The Week For Women In Aviation What started as a one-day, one-time event at EAA AirVenture in 2008 has grown and evolved for 10 years. WomenVenture, a partnership between EAA and Women in Aviation International, will take place for the 10th time in 2017. Kicking off on Monday, July 24, 2017, AirVenture’s opening day, is an all-new WomenVenture event, the WomenVenture Social, in Forum Building 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
