Longtime Customer Updates Aircraft And FTD Fleet Frasca International has been awarded a contract by the University of North Dakota (UND) to provide several Flight Training Devices (FTDs) for their aviation program. The multiple unit purchase agreement will include a large number FTDs for the Piper Archer and Seminole aircraft.
