Long-Serving Member Tapped For Another Five-Year Term On The Board President Donald Trump has nominated Robert L.Sumwalt III to be a member of the National Transportation Safety Board for a five-year term expiring December 16, 2021. He has also been nominated to serve as vice-chair of the board for a two-year term.
