Authorities Say Three People Were Fatally Injured Two aircraft collided late Wednesday morning as both were apparently attempting to land at West Georgia Regional Airport (KCTJ) in Carroll County, GA. Three people were reportedly fatally injured in the accident, including a flight instructor and her student.
