Twenty Thousand Rebates Available On A First-Come, First-Served Basis For One Year A group of general aviation leaders applauded the FAA’s announcement Monday of a $500 rebate incentive for general aviation aircraft owners who equip their U.S.-registered, fixed-wing, single-engine piston aircraft with required ADS-B Out avionics technology. The announcement was made jointly by U.S. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx, FAA Administrator Michael Huerta and FAA Deputy Administrator Mike Whitaker.
