Rafael Cortes sent in this photo of Flamenco Beach, in Culebra, Puerto Rico, named one of the Top 10 beaches in the world by Trip Advisor.
“This is the side with the best area for snorkeling, although swimming is very popular throughout the entire mile of beach,” he explains. “The best thing is, our tropical weather allows us to go to the beach all year-round, even during Christmas! How much do you envy us?!”
