CASA GRANDE, Ariz. – The 43rd Annual Copperstate Fly-In, held Oct. 22-24, is in the books. According to fly-in president Steve Bass, “the weather was the best we have experienced in years with lower temperatures and light winds.”
Further, Saturday’s fly-in attendance pushed aircraft into the overflow GA parking and “the showplane ramps were close to full.”
For 2016, Copperstate will become a two-day (Friday-Saturday) event. The results from aircraft judging can be seen below and on the Copperstate website.
