The Warbird Adventures case

Many AOPA members have been reaching out to us about the recent court decision to allow an FAA emergency cease-and-desist order to stand against Warbird Adventures, a company that was providing flight instruction in a limited category warbird without an exemption for such an operation. The decision leaves many questions and concerns in its wake. It’s useful to analyze the decision from two perspectives: (1) immediate impacts, and (2) potential future impacts.
